Some of my late elementary students wanted a Valentine song, so I arranged this folk song for them. If you know this song, you can see that the dotted rhythms in the melody have been simplified for this arrangement.

I kept changing things around, but I finally decided to post this version. Feel free to change it any way you want! Some of my students are playing the eighth note pattern during the first 2 phrases of the verse but I wrote quarter notes so more students could play it.
